Onderwerp: New evidence — unauthorised ad account 10152007358607265 — case 497338389961268
Subject: New evidence — unauthorised ad account 10152007358607265 — case 497338389961268
Dear Meta Support,
I am writing about my ongoing case 497338389961268 (also filed as 897882952727572).
My last reply from your team was on 31 October 2024 from Stern. Since then I have had
no response, despite an urgent escalation sent in January 2026 and despite being a paying
Meta Verified subscriber.I have now found additional evidence that was not part of my original report.
1. A second ad account was compromised
Ad account Lâm TTB (ID 10152007358607265) is linked to my personal access, outside the
business portfolio I originally reported. I did not create this account name and it does not
relate to my business in any way. My company is a hair salon in Rijswijk, the Netherlands. The account carries my company's legal details: Haarvisie, Ravesteijnplein 1, 2282 GS
Rijswijk, VAT number NL182297755B01.2. One single campaign caused all the charges
The account contains 16 campaigns. Fifteen of them are mine: they are Dutch-language posts
about hair services, job vacancies at my salon, and links to my own website haarvisie.nl.
Every one of my own campaigns spent €0.00.One campaign is not mine:
Campaign Amount spent Details MX/12.19 €2,779.39 218 website leads at €12.75, 301,375 impressions, daily budget €1,835.30 A daily budget of €1,835.30 is roughly what my salon spends on advertising in an entire year.
The campaign name has no meaning in my business.3. The charges
Between 21 and 28 December 2023, seven payments were taken from my Visa card ending 0643:
Date Amount Status Invoice 21 Dec 2023 €140.00 Paid FBADS-066-103080573 21 Dec 2023 €140.00 Paid FBADS-066-103080631 21 Dec 2023 €210.00 Paid FBADS-066-103080723 21 Dec 2023 €210.00 Paid FBADS-066-103080876 22 Dec 2023 €210.00 Paid FBADS-066-103082898 28 Dec 2023 €320.00 Paid FBADS-066-103095652 28 Dec 2023 €320.00 Paid FBADS-066-103095798 Total paid €1,550.00 Three further attempts failed after my bank blocked the card: €320.00 on 28 December 2023,
and €409.39 on both 2 and 6 January 2024.Meta's own system flagged this account and disabled it for "unusual activity". That is the
same activity I am reporting. Your system identified it as suspicious, yet the outstanding
balance of €409.38 is still being claimed from me.What I am asking for
- Cancel the outstanding balance of €409.38 on account 10152007358607265
- Refund the €1,550.00 charged to my card for campaign MX/12.19
- Confirm in writing that campaign MX/12.19 was not created by me or by anyone authorised by me
- Restore access to teamhaarvisie@gmail.com, suspended since 2023
- Remove the Instagram account ivhootway, created by the attacker and still active
- Cancel the outstanding balance of €85.89 on ad account 596193931315458, disabled for
the same reasonAll requested documentation has already been supplied in the earlier case: government ID,
a photo of my bank card, invoices, and Chamber of Commerce registration. I can supply
screenshots of the campaign overview and the full transaction history on request.I would appreciate a response within 14 days.
Kind regards,
Jamal Benmessaoud
